About this project:

This is a mix development bid proposal comprising commercial, offices and a hotel, located next to Sunway Medical Centre and Sunway Lagoon. The design attempts to create an instantly recognizable building that alludes to its nautical theme and hence establish an iconic landmark that will serve as a beacon for the new heart of Bandar Sunway.
