As the first parcel to be developed in the Emerald West township, Garland Residences features a leisurely garden concept. The 23-acre development contains 299 units of company 20’ x 60’ terraced houses. Beyond the guardhouse, a large roundabout serves as an entrance statement, while a linear park runs through the development and connects directly with the central park in the township.
