INTERNSHIP

Responsibilities

  • To assist the Architect in research, design and production of drawings, details, scaled-models, etc. for submission to clients, authorities and consultants.
  • Assist in any area that is required by the Project Architect / Project Director

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma & Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from recognised institution.
  • Ability to use AutoCad, Sketchup, Adobe PhotoShop, 3D Studio Max Design, Adobe Illustrator and MS Powerpoint. Knowledge of Revit is an added advantage.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and work both independently as well as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated, take pride in ones work and committed with strong work ethic.
  • Good communication skills.

PROJECT ARCHITECT / DESIGN ARCHITECT

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept design and presentation
  • Design development
  • Contract documentation
  • Contract administration
  • Lead the project team and manage jobs on site

Skills & Experiences:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Master in Architecture from recognized institution.
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience as an Architect with good design capability and knowledge of construction detailing, Building Technology, Building By-Laws and local authorities’ requirements.
  • Ability to use AutoCad, Photoshop, Sketchup and Microsoft PowerPoint. Knowledge of Revit will be an added advantage.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and leadership capability.
  • Self-motivated, take pride in one’s work and committed with strong work ethic.
  • Experience with design modeling
  • Must have design flair
  • Candidates must be Malaysians or hold relevant residence status.

ASSISTANT ARCHITECT

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide architectural assistance to architects in developing construction plans.
  • Prepare and develop layouts, elevations, cross sections in construction drawings.
  • Assist architectural teams in dimensional surveys of buildings.
  • Apply survey notes in architectural drawings with precise specifications. Use advanced software like CAD or ArchiCAD in preparing architectural plans.
  • Assist and support architects in executing multiple architectural projects.
  • Interact with clients to implement their plans and goals in architectural project drawings.
  • Execute all aspects of architectural processes and issues.
  • Maintain all architectural drawings, plans, client specifications and survey notes in organized manner and ensure compliance of all architectural guidelines and standards.

Skills & Experiences:

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institutions
  • Possess 3 years to 5 years’ relevant experience
  • Good building technical knowledge and conversant with authority requirements
  • Skilled in AutoCad and/or Revit, 3D StudioMax and Photoshop
  • Excellent visual presentation skills, an advantage
  • Having Experience producing construction documents.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, take pride in one’s work and committed with strong work ethic
