The design approach for this service apartment development is borne out of a desire to conceive a building that will cut an imposing and dramatic skyline at the upcoming Setia City and its township. Two 35-storey residential towers are linked together at mid-level with a skybridge and a series of communal sky garden are added to promote vertical greenery. Sustainable design strategies include north-south unit orientation, rainwater harvesting, solar shading and adequate cross-ventilation.

A 38-storey condominium proposal located at Mont’ Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, the project involves the conservation of hill slopes at the north-western part of the site and an existing watercourse cutting across the site. The tower design has to be distinctly unique to set it apart from the numerous highrise towers already built in the vicinity.
